About

Openings Spring/Summer 2023. I provide a skillful, respectful, warm and compassionate therapeutic environment in which you can begin your journey of healing and personal development. My goal as your therapist is to apply a combination of safety, compassion and clinical expertise to empower you to heal and reach your greatest potential. I enjoy working with people from a broad diversity of histories and identities. All are safe and welcome here. I specialize in counseling adults experiencing acute stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, panic, phobia, OCD, PTSD and the effects of growing up in dysfunctional family settings (ACA).
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional w/expertise in several approaches to treatment: CBT, Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, Exposure Therapy for OCD/Phobia (ERP), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Expressive Writing/Narrative techniques.
Therapy is about more than just "feeling better." At it's best, therapy is a journey of exploration and self-discovery. It can be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life. Call for a telephone consultation so that we can begin to explore whether I am the right person to walk along side you on your path toward healing and self-actualization.
