I believe in the incredible power of human connection and the profound impact it can have on one's journey towards healing and personal growth. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, compassion, and a deep respect for each individual's unique experiences and strengths. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Each person I encounter brings their own story, struggles, and aspirations, and I am committed to providing safe, nonjudgmental care.
I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution focused therapy, tailoring my approach to to meet the specific needs of each client. My goal is to collaboratively work with individuals to uncover underlying patterns, develop coping strategies, and foster insight and self-awareness.
Central to my practice is the belief in the transformative power of self-awareness and the capacity for growth within every individual. It is my privilege and passion to accompany individuals on their journey towards greater well-being, empowerment, and authenticity.

My approach to the treatment of anxiety and depression is through evidence-based modalities and mindfulness techniques. I empower clients to challenge negative thought patterns, develop effective coping skills and cultivate resiliency. Many clients notice a gradual decrease in symptoms after the first month and continue to improve with use of the learned techniques.
