Accepting new clients! Be yourself with me- My clients describe me as accepting, calming and insightful. I have extensive experience working with teens, adults, couples and LGTBQ+. We know how hard it is to struggle with mental health issues. If you experienced trauma as a child, are someone who's social anxiety makes it hard to make friends, or someone who struggles to get out of bed due to feeling sad or overwhelmed, we can help! Together, we can explore any life problem, with goals of increasing your self-confidence, improving connection with your partner/friends, and experiencing greater levels of happiness & acceptance.

I am compassionate and flexible in my approach and use teamwork as the basis of therapy. I am also trained in EMDR and use this to work with individuals on their trauma when they are ready. I teach skills that build a good foundation for managing anxiety and depression. I also help clients find their own tools and resources to support their needs.

I became a therapist to help others have hope and to work past that thought of not feeling good enough. I am dedicated to dispelling the stigma that surrounds mental health issues, and a huge advocate of suicide awareness/prevention. Therapy is your time to take care of you!
