I aim to cultivate a therapy relationship that merges lived, desired, and present experiences with a long-developed capacity for understanding trauma. Clinicians are all unique. For me, it is an honor to support others living fully integrated lives as a temporary human diary. I am the proud witness of laughter, tears, triumphs, and perhaps (too many, these days) puzzles. But I do enjoy a puzzle, goal-oriented people, and if you don't quite fit into mainstream... you're in the right place.

My own life path has guided this wisdom too, only more enhanced by immersion working with those impacted. I have worked in many situations and settings, thriving now in the independence and flexibility of private practice. My lens is naturally trauma-informed, and my language can be DBT and EMDR. I would be considered narrative, relational, and humanistic.

Come as you are. You do not need the right words or a polished version of yourself here. Human beings learn through stories, and often the stories shared out loud begin the path toward healing. Life curiosity has me seeking how to help that happen. A life that feels like yours.

I work with lower numbers of clients who often have experienced trauma. This is intentional for focus and flexibility, particularly if symptoms are recurring. I've had several areas of interest over the last decade that have included work with fellow mental health professionals, LGBTQ-plus, domestic violence, and cultural violence.
