We all go through difficult times in our lives that can be painful, overwhelming, and confusing. Sometimes we need help navigating these difficult times. As a therapist, I value creating a safe space where we can explore your life and dynamics that keep you feeling stuck. I have specific training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. Therefore, I feel passionate about getting to know you as an individual and helping you discover new insight about your emotions, beliefs, internal conflicts, and relational patterns. Together we can help you gain clarity, experience healing, and free yourself up to live a more fulfilling life.
I work with adults and adolescents in individual psychotherapy. I work with all mental health disorders but specialize in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, relational issues, eating disorders, and family and parenting concerns.
