I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and am also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). Additionally, I am a Myers-Briggs Certified Practitioner.
I have completed Externship through Core Skills 4 for Emotional Focused Couples Therapy, Level 1 Gottman Training, and am certified in the Gottman's 10 Core Principles for Effective Couples Therapy. I am a Certified Personality Disorders Treatment Provider through Evergreen.
I have had the joy of helping families and individuals achieve the relational and emotional health they desire through a number of experiences including my counseling practice, as a non-profit founder working with youth, and as a pastor's wife. I also have two adult children, enjoy gardening and learning new things.
