My goal is to help clients build a personalized toolbox of coping strategies and communication skills that empower them to lead more fulfilling lives.

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know one another. I encourage clients to ask about my therapeutic approach and share what they hope to gain from therapy. If you’ve been in therapy before, I’m interested in learning what worked for you and what didn’t, so we can build on your past experiences.
