As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand how important it is to feel emotionally safe, seen, and accepted. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and practical, helping clients better understand themselves, regulate emotions, build healthier patterns, and feel more grounded moving forward.
Many of my clients are people who have spent years holding everything together for everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. They come to therapy feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, overwhelmed by trauma, caregiving, chronic illness, relationship stress, burnout, or major life changes.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, caregiver stress, and chronic illness. I use CBT, DBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care to help clients create meaningful, lasting change. Licensed in CA, DE, MA, NJ, RI, and VT.
