I am a relational, trauma-informed therapist who helps people understand and transform the patterns that no longer serve them. I work from the belief that these patterns were once powerful survival strategies—and that with compassion and awareness, we can create new ways of relating to ourselves and others. My style is grounded, collaborative, and emotionally attuned. I don’t just focus on insight; I help you experience change in real time—through the body, through boundaries, and through meaningful connection with others.
I provide therapy for adults struggling with difficult life transitions, relationship problems, depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, career stagnation, health issues and grief and loss. I work with families who are experiencing conflict and couples who are seeking help in changing old patterns, improving communication and increasing intimacy.

Positive Parenting Support Group
Obtain support in an encouraging environment, learn more effective parenting strategies and gain a sense of confidence and optimism for a more loving, connected family. This will be a combination of support and education in a structured 6 to 8 week format, providing parents with practical strategies to use at home.
