If you’re ready to feel more grounded, let’s talk about what healing could look like for you. My approach to therapy is conversational, compassionate, and grounded in real connection. I believe healing starts with feeling truly seen and heard, so I create a relaxed, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are.
I work with individuals 18 and older who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to manage on their own. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, struggling with low self-esteem, or working to find their voice in relationships.
I communicate in a way that’s honest, grounded, and supportive. You can expect me to be fully present, actively listening to what you’re saying (and what you’re not saying) with curiosity and care. I’ll gently challenge you when needed and offer real, direct feedback, with your best interest in mind.
