Sharing Circles
Circles are for women of all ages, all walks of life. During circle I create a process that leads you through be present and to come together and be with women and feel the support from the community and to work your inner process on a group level. It's something different than you get on an individual level in therapy sessions. It is narrative healing in the form of stories, an ancient tradition of women. Come, share, explore, build skills, and encourage one another to live authentically in mind, body, heart and spirit. For anyone looking for connection and support.
