We all hit rough patches during our life and sometimes, these difficult experiences become barriers to our mental health and well-being. We can feel isolated, confused, helpless, and alone with our thoughts and emotional turbulence. One-on-one counseling offers the support to help us navigate these challenges and overcome roadblocks in our way. I come from an Adlerian and Existential therapy framework and utilize multiculturally informed modalities to help match the intersection of your life experiences with your therapeutic goals.
My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorder, trauma, relationship issues, specializing in challenges with Artificial Intelligence (AI) relationships, and ADHD. I also specialize in providing support to other mental health professionals seeking counseling or consultation.
