Hello and thanks so much for visiting my profile. I know deeply how anxiety, trauma, grief can really hijack a person’s life. Stressful or traumatic events can leave you feeling overwhelmed and even frozen or stuck. I use tools drawn from mindfulness (MBSR), breath work, and IFS to help you navigate these experiences and allow you to move through life with more ease. I offer a safe, caring, and attuned space in which to help you to sort through the internal mess that leaves you feeling stuck. Together we will learn more about who you are and what you need in order help you move through life feeling safer and more grounded.
My approach is uniquely tailored to each client. I genuinely care for each of my clients and work collaboratively with you to help you heal. I draw from Attachment Theory, CBT, Mindfulness, and Buddhism. My areas of specialization are: trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, breakups and divorce, parenting, and building self-esteem and confidence.
