Hi I'm Jennifer and I am a licensed therapist with experience working with at-risk youth and families who are struggling with various challenges. I have worked with people who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of treating kids, adolescents, adults, and families with compassion, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to their wellbeing.
My approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based practices. I believe in treating the whole person and family, which is why I incorporate and integrate a variety of modalities to meet the individuals need. I am trained in EMDR, Sand tray, Flash Technique, KAP and more. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing.
