My approach is eclectic therapy that utilizes a variety of techniques. It is my belief that the therapist must adapt to your individual needs. I also, offer non talk therapy approaches such as EMDR and Somatic Therapy. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationship issues,and self-esteem issues. I offer a free initial phone consultation.
