While I’ve been a therapist for 15+ years, I’m not just another basic talk therapist. Certified in EMDR, Reiki, Shamanism, and Esogetic Colorpuncture, I’ve dedicated myself to fine tuning my skills over many years because I’m not interested in providing surface level healing or bandaids to cover your pain. That said, I believe that you are the expert on you.
I’m just here to help guide you on the path towards reaching your goals. I will fiercely have your back, acting as both your cheerleader and the person that helps hold you accountable to do the work.
