About
Choosing to start therapy for yourself or your child can be a confusing time; I strive to make the process simple and client-centered. I work together with adolescents, young adults and adults on identifying personal goals related to emotional health. I have success with helping individuals and families effectively cope with challenging situations, manage frustrations and lead a life of acceptance.
I help individuals to effectively manage their emotions, cope with anxiety/stress and build positive self-esteem while stimulating inner growth. I often assist young adults/Adolescents in identifying goals and help inspire action towards creating the life they want to lead. My greatest passion is to assist individuals and families in making positive change.
I utilize concepts from Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as mindfulness based practices to assist the individuals I work with. In my practice, It's my goal to provide a safe space with an objective ear for clients to verbally process and flourish in their current lives. The best way to contact me is via e-mail.
