Mental health struggles are often a “quiet" suffering, while others think you’re doing just fine, on the inside, you’re barely holding on. Therapy is that space to help navigate the quiet, out loud. In practice I specialize in OCD, infertility, postpartum, trauma, peri/post-menopause, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and adjustment related stressors. The choice to enter therapy encompasses your willingness to connect, to be vulnerable, and to seek hope in healing. I see therapy as a way to liberate oneself from patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that are no longer serving you effectively.
I am well versed in working with clients from a myriad of cultures, values and backgrounds. I treat the therapeutic process as collaborative and dynamic, and I utilize various modalities best suited for your presenting concerns. Often the experiences of our past greatly impact our present. We explore these connections to help you make meaningful change.
