My mission is to provide compassionate, clinically sound counseling that recognizes the importance of the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I seek to integrate faith and biblical principles with effective therapeutic practices, creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can experience healing, growth, and hope.
I am committed to continually developing my clinical knowledge and skills so that I can provide thoughtful, effective, and individualized care. My desire is to meet each person where they are, honor their unique story and beliefs, and walk alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges.
My specialty is providing trauma-informed, biblically based counseling for individuals who have experienced trauma, difficult life experiences, relational wounds, or ongoing emotional struggles. My approach recognizes the profound ways trauma can affect the mind, body, emotions, relationships, and sense of safety.
I understand that reaching out for counseling can feel vulnerable, especially when you have been carrying pain, disappointment, or difficult experiences for a long time.
