I aim to create an alliance with my clients to help them find their voice, tell their stories, re-engage their strengths, and cultivate new ways to stay grounded—no matter what life throws at them.
I work with adults suffering from childhood trauma, sibling violence, emotional abuse, narcissistic parents, emotional neglect, depression, relationship issues, and PTSD. I am a licensed clinical social worker and I’ve been practicing.
During therapy sessions, the ideal aim is for clients to feel a range of positive emotions and experiences that contribute to their therapeutic progress: Safe and Supported: Clients should feel safe to express themselves openly and honestly without fear of judgment. They should feel supported by a therapist who listens attentively and validates experiences.
