Heads up everyone, I don’t accept insurances. I use Venmo and Cash App for Self-Pay only. I work with women who have experienced childhood trauma and learned early on to disconnect from their emotions just to survive. Maybe you struggle to identify what you’re feeling, constantly question yourself, shut down during conflict, or feel disconnected from your body and needs. You may have learned to stay quiet, stay small, or become hyper-independent because vulnerability never felt safe. I help you heal, reconnect with yourself, and move beyond survival mode.

Through IFS-informed parts work, Brainspotting, somatic processing, and Gestalt therapy, I help women reconnect with themselves, process unresolved trauma, understand protective patterns, and rebuild trust in their own voice and intuition. Together, we can work toward releasing the shame, self-doubt, and survival patterns.

You do not have to minimize what happened to you or carry the weight of your past alone. My goal is to help you create a deeper connection with yourself, strengthen your boundaries, and move toward a life rooted in self-trust, authenticity, safety, and peace.

I do IFS-informed work (not formally trained in IFS but I can do exercises to reach those parts of ourselves that feel covered in shame and suffering).
