How I can help: My background encompasses multiple helping professions, from social work to teaching. I have 15 years experience of helping individuals overcome life obstacles, allowing them to live a life of wellness and purpose…on purpose. My clientele is diverse; with a broad range of age, backgrounds, & beliefs. I enjoy both individual and family work.
I meet a person where he or she is and offer help in a non-judgmental way. I walk with my client through the highs and lows of life, providing safe, consistent support while also encouraging them to “step out,” discover, and utilize their own unique strengths to achieve the life that they were born to have.
