The guiding values of my practice are authenticity, intention, and connection and I am likely a good fit for you if you are seeking more of these in your life. I believe that many of the people I work with seek therapy to discover what is missing and misaligned in the way they show up in their lives and our work together can assist you in that process.
I LOVE to work with people who struggle to manage the ups and downs of their emotions but aren’t sure why, want to set more boundaries with others, are trying to break cycles of generational trauma and addiction in their family of origin , have a history of chaotic and inconsistent caregivers and relationships, and have recently had life altering transitions
In addition, I think that therapy is a great place for problem-solving and finding solutions and that this can be just as powerful as cultivating and growing insight. Also note that I prioritize referrals for the BIPOC, Immigrant, and LGBTQIA + communities.
