The values of my practice are authenticity, intention, and curiosity and I am likely a good fit for you if you are seeking more of these in your life. I identify as mixed race and neurodivergent and have specialized training in Neurodivergent affirming care.
I LOVE to work with people who struggle to manage the ups and downs of their emotions but aren’t sure why, want to set more boundaries with others, are trying to break cycles of generational trauma and addiction in their family, have a history of chaotic and inconsistent caregivers and relationships, and have recently had life-altering transitions.
In addition, I think therapy is a great place for problem-solving and finding solutions and this can be just as powerful as cultivating and growing insight. I am trained in EMDR and working toward certification. Please note that I prioritize referrals for the Neurodivergent, BIPOC, Immigrant, and LGBTQIA + communities.
