Hi! I have been providing therapy in a wide array of settings for almost 20 years. I know coming to therapy is a difficult and often times scary process. It is important to me that I meet clients where they are at in the process and try my hardest to make the process feel as safe and comfortable as possible. For that reason, I offer both telehealth and face to face options.
I am trained in EMDR and it is important to me that my clients feel safe during the vulnerable process of healing. I love working with people to help them feel more empowered and build positive connections in their lives.
I believe that a majority of success in therapy involves having a safe space to share your personal thoughts and feelings. Because of this, I strive to provide an empathic, non-judgmental outlook to the therapy process and work hard to develop a positive therapeutic relationship.
