I understand it takes a lot of courage to open up to the prospect of therapy, to uncover and take on personal challenges. I am focused on a client-oriented approach to understanding people as individuals, with various backgrounds and personal experiences. I recognize clients have diverse and unique visions, and my purpose is to be a facilitator of growth based on the client’s idea of physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I aim to help clients give voice to their experiences and work through present and past challenges using tailored interventions. I am informed by psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral theory.
My goal is to work collaboratively and compassionately, to guide clients toward growth and healing. Therapy will meet the unique experiences and needs of each client. My core values are empathy, compassion, integrity, and competency. My approach is collaborative, warm, and welcoming. I foster an environment of trust so that true growth can be achieved.
