I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and therapist dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach is rooted in person-centered principles, recognizing the unique value and worth of each person. I utilize evidence-based techniques from Gestalt therapy, trauma-focused therapy frameworks, mindfulness and self-compassion (MSC), and CBT/DBT to support adults in fostering awareness, self-regulation, and exploring their experiences/emotions without judgment or shame.
My goal is to empower individuals to discover their strengths, build resilience, and foster a positive sense of self. I utilize a holistic approach to mental health that honors the mind, body, and spirit, and I often incorporate art, music, movement, and other creative pathways for us to problem-solve together.
I understand the challenges of facing pain, grief, confusion, and uncertainty, but I also believe that therapy can facilitate accountability, growth, and restoration of choice - which is a beautiful thing. I am excited to build a strong therapeutic alliance with you, and to grow alongside of you!
