What would it feel like if you could be really you - authentic, transparent, raw, and real? Are you hiding behind a mask that only shows the world how you have it all together and are strong? Those masks may serve you well, yet deep inside you long to be free from the pretense and pain. You may not even realize you do this, yet your body is giving you signs that something is not right. Maybe your body feels anxiety and shame that overwhelms you, or perhaps rest and peace are foreign to you. If you are ready to go to the roots, or the foundation of your trials for lasting change, I want to help you bravely walk that path to healing.
Every part of who you are is welcome in my office and I aspire to help shine light into the dark corners of your life. Neurophysiological healing is my passion as research shows the profound ability the brain has to heal and rewire after trauma. Including the healing of anxiety, depression, or even physical pain that came with those difficult experiences.
I LOVE the brain and I want you to know all about yours too. I use Brainspotting (BSP), a neuroexperiential-based therapy to help you organically and holistically break through the darkness in your life - healing mind, body, and spirit. At this time I only see adults and specialize in treating the trauma that seems to enter all of our lives in some way.
