I provide counseling for young adults, adults, couples and families. In all stages of life, one may experience many confusing emotions that relate to self identity, peer relationships, family relationships, and life transitions.
My therapeutic approach revolves around what the client desires to achieve. In working with the client, through collaboration, exploration, empowerment and recognition; I will help support the client through their process. Also available: Anger Management counseling for court-mandated and voluntary individuals.
