As a mother of a neurodivergent (AuDHD) child, I understand the unique challenges these experiences can bring to parenting. This furthered fueled my passion to listen to the Autistic community, learn the best ways to offer support and work through a neuro-affirming lens. Executive Functioning, Neuro-affirming Practices, ADHD Assessments, Modified DBT for, Neurodivergent Clients, ACT for Perfectionism, ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, and Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.
