There's usually a moment before someone calls me. Sometime in the day (or middle of the night) you think, "I need to try therapy. I can't keep doing this the way I've been doing it."
I work with adults carrying anxiety, depression, trauma they've never really put down, grief, and the transitions that rearrange a life — a new baby, divorce, a diagnosis, perimenopause, a teenager who's stopped talking, a marriage on the brink.
You don't need a tidy explanation to start. Most people arrive knowing only that something is wrong. We work out the shape of it together, and we go at the pace you set. I'm here to help.
Therapy can be a calm, supportive space to slow down and talk openly about what you’re carrying—especially when it feels like no one else can understand it. Therapy can be a place to address something that feels like too much to figure out on your own. I want to help you connect with yourself and your resources to help you find your way through this.
