I work with women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, identity shifts, and the quiet pressure to hold everything together. Many of my clients are mothers, creatives, or high-functioning women who appear capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves internally.
They’re often in a season of transition—sometimes obvious, sometimes more internal—where the way they’ve been operating no longer feels sustainable. There may be a sense of feeling stuck, questioning what they want, or wanting more fulfillment, but not knowing how to get there.
I take a whole-person, integrative approach focused on the deeper patterns beneath symptoms. My work is insight-oriented, somatic, and trauma-informed, helping you understand both your thoughts and nervous system. I also incorporate EMDR and a background in yoga.
