I currently work with adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) frameworks to treat eating disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, and co-morbid mental health concerns.
My graduate pursuits were based on a desire to understand how and why people change and the unique, individualized aspects of the change process in order to provide efficient and effective clinical care.
