With 20+ years experience, I've supported many adults who're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges and trauma. Niche focus includes high-ability and gifted adults navigating strong emotional intensities, perfectionism, sense of aloneness, and existential challenges; children, teens and adults who're coping with life-threatening food allergies (including OIT patients); and clients enduring perinatal mental health-related concerns, including loss. I am certified in EMDR and Brainspotting, Perinatal Mental Health(PMH-C) and Logotherapy.

I offer an integrative approach based in Logotherapy while blending applications from EMDR, Brainspotting, etc. Our therapeutic space is a sanctuary for gaining clarity and cultivating expansive growth. We'll process worries, sorrows, joys and aspirations as we navigate complex challenges. I want to ensure that you are truly seen, heard and understood.
