I have 20+ years experience supporting adult clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Niche focus areas include high-ability clients (often identified as gifted) who're navigating strong emotional intensities, perfectionism, a sense of aloneness, and/or other existential challenges. I also support clients who're navigating life-threatening food allergies (including OIT patients), chronic illness and perinatal mental health concerns. I am an EMDR-certified trauma therapist and hold an advanced certificate in Logotherapy (Meaning-Centered psychotherapy).
Our therapeutic space is a sanctuary for gaining clarity and cultivating strategic growth. We'll process worries, sorrows, joys and aspirations as we navigate complex challenges. I want to ensure that you are truly seen, heard and understood. My approach is eclectic with interventions based in CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT and Logotherapy/Existential Analysis.
