Life brings all kinds of challenges that may leave you with your head spinning and not knowing which way is up. Having someone to help guide you through those challenges can be beneficial and that is what I am here for. I want to partner with you to find peace and stability through the chaos of life. If you are struggling with Trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, or anything else affecting your life, I am here to help! All ages are welcome from children to adults!
I utilize a combination of cognitive and emotional approaches to process what life throws at you. Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy are two techniques I combine to provide coping skills for the overwhelming emotions that come with chaotic life events. I also use EMDR and TF-CBT to process trauma.
Everyone experiences events in their lives that are either traumatic or just stressful. Those events can leave you feeling overwhelmed and disoriented. I provide a safe calm space for you to process those events or life stresses in general. Feel free to come and relax in my office while discussing whatever you need to! I am excited to work with you!
