I work with individuals and couples, and I’m especially passionate about supporting people who live with ADHD, anxiety, chronic pain, and grief. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down by experiences that others don’t always understand. Most people I work with want to communicate more clearly, procrastinate less, feel more connected in their relationships, and experience greater freedom in their daily lives. Together, we focus on understanding how your brain, body, and life experiences interact — and how small, intentional changes can lead to meaningful relief and growth.

My approach blends the science of contextual behavioral psychology with playfulness, curiosity, and a focus on meaning and purpose. I draw from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), using education and hands-on experiences to support insight and real-world change.

I work intentionally to honor different learning styles, personalities, and identities, and I’m committed to offering therapy that feels collaborative, human, and deeply respectful. My goal is to help you build a life that feels aligned with your values, even when life is painful or uncertain.

You can expect a lot of humor, hands on learning, and a new understanding about how your brain works. I do this by blending ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), IFS (internal family systems), narrative therapy and Brainspotting. Generally there will be the chance to do work between sessions to build on what we worked on during our time together.
