Hello! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a passion for helping my clients heal broken relationships with themselves and others. We all struggle, and we all could use a confidant, sounding board, mediator, and encourager on our team - this is where I come in! My specialization is in marriage/couples and family therapy. I do not view each individual as my client, but instead view the relationship as my client. In family/couples therapy, we will work on increasing understanding and empathy, validating one another, and strengthening communication.
I also have experience working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, trauma, stages of life issues, and spiritual issues. Unlike many therapists who treat unwanted symptoms with coping skills, I will assist you in addressing the underlying belief system that is driving the symptoms.
