My name is Jennifer Aranda and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in anxiety and depression using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help my clients, achieve their goals, and start feeling better.
My approach to therapy varies and is dependent on the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy as modalities to gain an understanding of each client’s reality and work together to develop strategies to improve their mood.
