Hello! My name is Jennifer Lennon, I have been a therapist for over 20 years. I have worked with individuals of all ages. I specialize in helping people with anxiety, depression, stress management issues, anger management issues, trauma and individuals adjusting to change and loss issues. I am currently a school social worker and I work with children to aduIts with all different issues. I have helped many people heal and cope with their mental health issues through the years. I use a holistic approach, person centered and strength based. I work from a systems approach, considering the person in the system they live in. I am trained to utilize trauma focused and cognitive behavioral therapy as well as advanced mindfulness techniques. I also use dialectical behavioral therapy and provide support and grief counseling.
