It is my honor to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families working to improve their relationships and communication. In my 10+years as an LMFT, I have found honesty, humility, flexibility and humor to bolster therapeutic progress. I believe healing happens in context of relationships; the one we have with ourselves being the most important. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself can provide opportunities for insight, perspective, reflection and healing.
