Congratulations on taking the first step to heal, grow and make a difference in your life. I truly believe there is hope for every client who is willing to learn and make changes. Every individual, couple and family are different, so I will customize a therapeutic plan specifically to your needs and concerns.
My specialty is to empower individuals and couples to learn tools that will support them live productive and healthy lives. I have training and experience in couples and marriage counseling through the Gottman Institute. When treating a couple, it is important to work with each individual to learn about each others behavior.
Although it seems like the "buzz" word right now, mindfulness can help clients with anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships and other mental and behavioral disorders. Learning how to connect mind and body can relieve stress. I enjoy working with clients with expressive therapy to learn other ways of communicating their needs and concerns.
