Hi! I'm Jennifer Alldridge, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Utah. I work with adolescents and adults, specializing in anxiety, depression, and stress, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness interventions to help my clients reframe and feel better. My therapeutic approach seems to work best for adolescents and adults who are suffering from anxiety and depression, or who are going through life transitions. I find that my clients appreciate my ability to listen actively and provide a safe space for them to explore their feelings.
My approach to therapy is tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques. CBT helps clients reframe their thoughts and focus on the positive aspects of their lives. Mindfulness techniques help clients stay in the present moment and reduce stress and anxiety.
I want to make sure my clients feel safe talking to me. I won't judge them, and I won't tell anyone what they say. I listen closely and try to understand what they are going through. Then I give them the support and information they need to deal with their situation.
