My counseling approach is holistic in nature, taking into account the many unique aspects and experiences of each of my clients. I have specialized training in EMDR, to address and help mitigate the impact of traumatic experiences. Additionally, I have experience in working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, relationship/family conflict, self-esteem and self-assertiveness needs, stress, grief, phase of life circumstances and gender identity.
