As a bilingual latina therapist, I know what it means to carry the weight of family, culture, and personal history all at once. Whether you come to me in English or Spanish, you find a space where all of who you are is welcome — your story, your roots, and everything in between. I work with children, families, couples and individuals navigating trauma, relationship wounds, and the complexity of intergenerational patterns. Whether you're a parent trying to understand your child, a family working to reconnect, or an adult carrying experiences you've never had the space to process — this work is for you.

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, and somatic awareness — honoring how our minds and bodies carry the imprint of both personal and cultural experience. With children, I use play-based & attachment-focused methods, including TF-CBT and Circle of Security, to help kids and parents feel safe & connected.

I have a particular passion for multicultural and first-generation clients navigating generational trauma, identity development, and the tension between cultural expectations and personal growth.
