About
If you are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in your well-being and someone who has had decades of experience with children, parents/parenting, relationships, and goal setting, then you've found the right therapist! I have worked exclusively with children, parents and families for over 37 years as a Montessori teacher, school social worker, and talk therapist. I can assist you in identifying the obstacles and creating new plans that feel good and are healthy.
I am committed to helping parents understand their children, to helping children to develop their strengths, and to teaching communication skills that grow strong, positive relationships. I deeply connect with my clients, helping them to express themselves, to feel safe in my care, and to discuss the difficult feelings which impact their lives.
In our first meetings, I will get to know you and what brings you to therapy. I will work with you to better understand your strengths and your areas that need strengthening. Together we can tackle whatever is in your way or keeping you from what you want from your life.
