Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Indiana University Northwest with a Post Baccalaureate in substance abuse counseling and a Masters degree in Social work. I have over 15 years experience in the mental health field working with clients who are struggling with addictions, relationship problems, self esteem issues, anxiety, depression, as well as stressors related to life transitions. As a therapist I am committed to working with a diverse population and have experience in various settings. I provide psychotherapy by utilizing an integrative and holistic approach with clients in their healing process.
n our first session, I will do a brief psycho/social assessment to help me understand your history. I will utilize Motivational Interviewing to get to know you and assess your values, beliefs, and goals for therapy.
