DBT groups can help those struggling with suicidality and self-harm, addiction, depression, anxiety, autism, and trauma. Groups meet once per week, and you are welcome to attend either in person or online.

DBT Skills Groups for Teens (In Person and Online)
Join a weekly, DBT skills group to learn all the skills DBT has to offer including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. These skills help reduce overwhelming emotions, cope with intense distress effectively, and improve relationships. Teen groups include additional skills to help improve relationships with parents and learn to balance acceptance and change. DBT can help those struggling with suicide and self-harm, addiction, depression, anxiety, autism, and trauma. Groups meet once per week with options to attend on either Tuesdays or Thursdays. Teens are welcome to attend either in person or online.
