I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults and older adolescents seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and lasting emotional change. I work from a psychoanalytic perspective, which is grounded in the belief that our early relationships and unconscious patterns shape how we experience the present. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, identity questions, relationship difficulties, and experiences of trauma. I have a particular interest in maternal mental health. I support individuals through the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, fertility challenges, birth trauma, and loss. This season of life is incredibly vulnerable and brings up powerful feelings and questions about identity, attachment, and meaning.
