I specialize in EMDR therapy, CBT, positive psychology, grief therapy, motivational interviewing and strength-based theory. I have experience working with individuals with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and grief. I am certified in auricular acupuncture ( ear acupuncture) which can help with cravings or decrease anxiety.
