Through relationship counseling, EMDR, and IFS/Parts work therapy, I help both women and couples to heal from early relational trauma and painful intimacy experiences, and teach them how to develop loving and satisfying relationships today.

Through trauma-recovery therapy and relationship coaching, I will be there to guide you in clearing unseen obstacles in your path. Step by step, you will learn to develop compassion and trust in yourself, and how to build connections that feel caring, gentle, and receptive.
