I believe in being a safe place for clients, offering encouragement, a listening ear and a different perspective. My view is one of no judgment. I offer peace, caring, warmth, empathy, and understanding. My mission is to help my clients find further freedom, clarity and direction. I am motivated by the passion to help people discover more about their identities and fulfill their ultimate purposes. I believe in the holistic approach of mind, body, and spirit.
I enjoy working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, and negative self-perception. I collaborate with people who have trouble in their relationships with friends, spouses, or family members. I also offer support to clients who feel anxiety caused by perfectionism or sexual identity struggles.
I work with students with ADHD, poor academic performance, angry outbursts, mood swings, and bullying. I counsel children who have been adopted or who are in foster care. I have worked in crisis stabilization for children, family counseling, and intensive in home therapy for high risk children and teens.
